Using EMDR (when appropriate), somatic therapy, and evidence-based approaches, we help your nervous system release what it's been holding, reduce intrusive memories and flashbacks, and help you feel safer in your body again. As a former certified nurse-midwife, I understand both the medical realities of birth and the emotional toll it can take. I help you make sense of what happened, release shame and self-blame, and move from traumatized to grounded so you can be more present with your baby and your life.
